The Build the Foundations Chi Running workshop will bring relaxation into your running, helping you run with less effort, be more efficient and reduce the risk of injury.  You’ll learn the key priciples of efficient movement through a series of fun exercises, drills, visualisations and practice.

As you develop a mindful approach to your running, you’ll get more enjoyment from your training, feel better about yourself and find you have more energy than ever.

The skill of Chi Running will help you create a life-long programme for health and fitness.

The workshop includes individual video observation of your current running form to give you a clear sense of the key areas where you can improve efficiency and reduce impact on the body.

The workshop will include practice and supporting theory covering the key principles and elements of the Chi Running technique.
