Learn the key Chi Running principles

 

The Chi Run Club is a great place to meet like-minded people, socialise and work on your running technique at the same time. Each session will start with a form focus and fun drills and exercises followed by a run of 5k and upwards. If you’re training for an event you can use this session as great start to your long run. Some weeks a long run will be included as will the opportunity to grab a coffee and maybe brunch afterwards.

The idea is to create a non-competative running ‘tribe’.

Places are limited. You should be able to comfortably run 5k non-stop regardless of pace.
