The Build the Foundations half-day Chi Running workshop will bring relaxation into your running, helping you run with less effort, be more efficient and reduce the risk of injury. You’ll learn the key principles of efficient movement through a series of fun exercises, drills, visualisations and practice.
As you develop a mindful approach to your running, you’ll get more enjoyment from your training, feel better about yourself and find you have more energy than ever.
The skill of Chi Running will help you create a life-long programme for health and fitness.

You’ll understand the importance of alignment and relaxation in terms of efficient movement. You’ll have a toolbox of simple but effective drills and exercises to take forwards and practice in every day life. You’ll leave with focuses to work on specific to your current technique.
